香港畫家余佩珊聯乘創意主廚雷啟裕藝術展覽
味蕾與視覺的雙重旅程
《正旅館 JUST INN》很高興地宣布即將舉行一場創新的藝術展覽，由移居台灣香港畫家余佩珊與著名主廚雷啟裕聯手呈現。這次合作將展示視覺藝術與廚藝創意的獨特結合，在一個獨特的藝術空間，展現美學與美食之間的和諧關係。
展覽將於2024年11月2日在《正旅館 JUST INN》的藝術空間及創意料理餐廳《同JUNTO》正式開幕，地點位於台北市中正區館前路22號一樓及二樓。活動時間為下午3:00至6:00，屆時更會提供雷啟裕師傅別出心裁創意料理。
余佩珊畢業於澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學藝術學系，作品獲法國、北京及香港多個畫廊及收藏家收藏。余氏擅將傳統油畫技法與當代主題相結合。她的創作探討「心理空間」，以室內物品象徵情感。由香港移居台灣兩年，體驗及適應文化異同，余氏此次在《正旅館 JUST INN》的展覽展示了她一系列新舊作品，融合兩地記憶，以隱喻符號流露香港社會情懷及文化衝激。與此同時，雷啟裕主廚亦遠道從香港來到台灣主理創意粵菜餐廳。雷師傅以其創新的菜肴而受到讚譽，其刀法卓越及重新呈現傳統中菜聞名，於香港多間電視台及媒體主持廚藝節目。這次展覽雷師傅更發揮創意及領導能力，策展並將藝術作品融入菜式之中，將為參與者提供一場視覺與味覺的感官之旅。
關於《正旅館 JUST INN》及《同JUNTO》
《正旅館 JUST INN》是一個集合藝術與不同領域的平台，包括設於台北市及高雄市的藝術文創旅館、畫廊、黑膠唱片主題酒吧、創意料理餐廳，更特別設有公開的藝術空間及表演場地，旨在發展台灣旅遊業的同時，更促進經濟及文化交流。
由2012起創立發展至今，《正旅館 JUST INN》致力推廣文化藝術活動，曾邀請本土及世界各地不同藝術家及表演者合作，舉辦不同類型藝術展覽、駐村計畫、音樂會等。我們亦探索可持續發展文化藝術及ESG項目的可能性，並期望能夠連結台灣、香港及全球的文藝界、專業人才與投資合作夥伴，為台灣社會作出貢獻。
創意餐廳《同JUNTO》位於台北車站市中心地段，該餐廳以其富有想像力的菜餚而聞名，強調本地食材與廚藝藝術的結合。餐廳和開放的藝術空間共同構成了藝術愛好者和美食愛好者的熱鬧中心。
JUST INN is pleased to announce an upcoming innovative art exhibition featuring the collaboration between Hong Kong artist Yu Pui Shan and renowned chef Lui Kai-yu, now residing in Taiwan. This partnership will showcase a unique integration of visual art and cooking creativity, highlighting the harmonious relationship between aesthetics and gastronomy in a distinctive artistic space.
The exhibition will officially open on November 2, 2024, at the art space and creative restaurant JUNTO within JUST INN, located at No. 22, Guanqian Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City. The event will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, featuring innovative dishes crafted by Chef Lui.
Yu Pui Shan, Hong Kong born artist, graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, majoring in Fine Arts. Her works are collected by various galleries and collectors in France, Beijing, and Hong Kong. Yu skilfully combines traditional oil painting techniques with contemporary themes, exploring the concept of "psychological space" through symbolic representations of domestic objects. Having relocated from Hong Kong to Taiwan two years ago, she has experienced and adapted to cultural differences. This exhibition at JUST INN showcases a series of both new and past works, blending memories from both locations and reflecting the cultural dynamics of Hong Kong society through metaphorical symbols.
Meanwhile, Chef Lui has travelled from Hong Kong to lead the creative Cantonese restaurant in Taiwan. He is celebrated for his innovative dishes and exceptional knife skills, and he has gained recognition for reinterpreting traditional Chinese cuisine, hosting culinary programs across various media in Hong Kong. For this exhibition, Chef Lui will creatively curate dishes that incorporate the artistic works, providing participants with a sensory journey that delights both the eyes and the palate.
JUST INN serves as a platform that integrates art with various fields, featuring art hotels, galleries, a vinyl record-themed bar, and a creative restaurant located in both Taipei and Kaohsiung. Notably, it includes a public art space and performance venue, aiming to enhance Taiwan's tourism while promoting economic and cultural exchange.
Since its establishment in 2012, JUST INN has been dedicated to promoting cultural and artistic activities, inviting local and international artists and performers to collaborate on diverse art exhibitions, residency programs, and concerts. We also explore opportunities for sustainable cultural arts and ESG projects, seeking to connect the arts community, professionals, and investment partners from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and around the globe to contribute to Taiwanese society.
The creative restaurant JUNTO, located near Taipei Main Station, is renowned for its imaginative dishes that emphasize the fusion of local ingredients and culinary artistry. Together, the restaurant and the open art space form a vibrant hub for art and food enthusiasts.
